This is a wonderful little restaurant. Everybody is so friendly, they serve breakfast and lunch. It's good that they're opened on Mondays when everybody else is closed.
Another Lexington, Ohio staple! If I am visiting family, there's a good chance we are coming here for breakfast. Food is always good. I typically get the Good Old Boy. Service is fast! You can sit there for as long as you like. They will continue filling up your coffee. Everybody is friendly. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure you leave satisfied! Ambiance is great. Be prepared to enjoy a nice, hearty meal!

8 am breakfast. Smiling friendly waitress was on it with large mugs of hot coffee, immediately ! Cannonball and British omelettes were very good! Real butter on the toast would be preferred for taste and health reasons. This very busy place could use an update, looking clean but warn. Overall, we were not disappointed! A nice family friendly,neighborhood kind of place!
The food is what you would expect, simple breakfast offerings served quick & hot. But what is special is the outstanding, friendly, attentive service.
Great service, good prices, okay food. Was looking for an interesting place to stop on the way to Cleveland. Mozzarella Sticks were good but their marinara sauce is actually spaghetti sauce. I tried the Betsy Ross (chipped beef gravy) and my husband got the patty melt. They were decent but nothing to rave about.
Wow delicious. Why does it close at 2pm? The one weekend I spend in Mansfield and I found this gem. Convinced my sweetie to come down for weekend and after a Saturday morning breakfast, he decided we were coming back the next day. 5 star service. Its like eating at your nice Grandmas house. Not the mean one lol. Everyone is so friendly you have to smile. I got the typical american breakfast with bacon and it was delicious. My man gave me a bite of his chicken fried steak breakfast and when we came back the next day I ordered it right away. Someone always comes and asks how your food was. Yummy. Get the applesauce. Its that old school applesauce that has bits of apple in them you have to chew. Loved it!! Delicious. Chicken fried steak was perfect and I don't really care for steak. Perfect spot for homemade food. If you drive through before 2pm come in. You will leave with a smile
